Yanaverse™ is owned and operated under Indian law. We create sensory-conscious storybooks and routine-building tools for children. Because our platform serves families, these Terms are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and legally sound ecosystem for parents, educators, and guardians.

By browsing our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and specific Program Terms (such as the Hall of Fame Reward System).

 

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• Adults Only: In strict compliance with child data protection laws, our website and commercial store are intended solely for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

• Parental Supervision: Children are encouraged to enjoy our books and physical tracking boards with their families, but all digital interactions, account creations, and monetary transactions must be executed exclusively by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator.

• Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information, Pricing, and Payments

• Accuracy of Materials: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and specifications of our physical books and trackers as accurately as possible. However, actual physical rendering may vary slightly based on your device’s screen calibration.

• Pricing Structure: All prices displayed on our portal are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on publishing costs and inventory levels. Taxes will be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout counter.

• Strict Prepaid Policy (No COD): Yanaverse™ operates strictly on a 100% prepaid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid for at the time of checkout. No order will be processed, packaged, or dispatched until payment clearance is confirmed.

• Payment Gateways: We partner with secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways to process transactions. Yanaverse™ does not store your credit/debit card details or banking credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, and you agree to pay all charges, including taxes, associated with your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We take great pride in making our books accessible to families across India. To ensure reliable, nation-wide delivery to both metropolitan hubs and remote regional pin codes, we utilize India’s foundational postal infrastructure.

• Our Shipping Partner: All domestic orders within India are shipped exclusively via Registered Book Post/Courier through India Post.

• Dispatch Timelines: Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery Windows: Once dispatched via India Post Registered Book Post, domestic transit typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your regional location and local postal efficiency.

• Tracking Shipments: Upon dispatch, a unique India Post tracking number will be sent via your registered email/SMS. You can track your literary packages directly on the official India Post tracking portal.

• Shipping Rates: All orders above ₹999 enjoy free shipping pan India. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery coordinates.

• Transit Disclaimer: While Registered Book Post/Courier is highly reliable, Yanaverse™ cannot be held liable for unexpected delivery delays or weather disruptions or general disruptions caused by third-party postal handling. For items damaged or misplaced during transit, please refer to Section 4 for our replacement and resolution policy.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Given the physical and safety-conscious nature of early childhood stationery, trackers, and books, our return framework is structured as follows:

• Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, provided the consignment has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your book or tracker arrives with a severe manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted pages, binding structural failure) or visible transit destruction, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos in your email.

• Replacement & Refunds:  Verified defective or transit-damaged products will be replaced at no additional cost. In instances where a replacement copy is out of stock, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We do not accept returns for minor aesthetic wear on outer packaging or general changes of mind.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Copyright Protection: All content hosted on this website- including but not limited to narrative text, character designs, digital illustrations, routine tracker frameworks, logos, and layout designs- is the exclusive intellectual property of Yanaverse™.

• Usage Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, scanning, digitally modifying, reselling, or commercially exploiting any Yanaverse™ asset or text without express, written institutional authorization from us.

6. Digital Safety, Privacy, and Content Guidelines

• Data Minimization: We operate on a strict data-minimization model to maximize child safety. We never intentionally solicit, collect, or store sensitive personal information from minors.

• User Submissions (Hall of Fame): When participating in interactive components like our digital Hall of Fame, parents must adhere to our strict privacy parameters. Submissions must never expose a child's face, full legal name, or precise location. We reserve the immediate right to delete any user-submitted photograph or comment that compromises public child safety guidelines. Please check HoF Terms & Conditions Page for more details. 

• Anti-Impersonation Policy: You must not create social media accounts, handles, pages, groups, or digital profiles that copy, mimic, or attempt to pass off as official Yanaverse™ platforms, representatives, or its creators. Any unauthorized use of our name, logo, or official branding to deceive, mislead, or collect data from consumers will be reported immediately to platform administrators and met with legal action.

• Copyright Infringement on Social Media: While we encourage parents and educators to share photos or brief video snippets of their children interacting with our physical routine trackers and books, you are strictly prohibited from uploading high-resolution full-page scans, complete audiobook reading recordings, or full PDF distributions of our copyrighted material onto any social media platform, public cloud drive, or video-sharing forum. Yanaverse™ reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices and platform reports against any such unauthorized digital distributions.

• Reporting Bad Actors: If you encounter a fraudulent page or account claiming to represent Yanaverse™ or attempting to sell unauthorized digital copies of our materials, please notify us immediately at support@yanaversebooks.com.

7. Physical Return Gift Reward Program Rules

• Tier Eligibility & Privacy Validation: Individual parent eligibility for the physical, one-time surprise gift applies strictly to individual orders crossing a transaction value threshold of ₹1799, specifically applicable to full ‘My Daily Routine’ bundles. Standalone individual book transactions of ‘My Daily Routine’ under ₹1799 qualify exclusively for digital Certificate of Achievement downloads.
• Temporal Verification Window: To ensure the integrity of the habit-building framework, the eligibility verification window to claim the physical return gift commences strictly after five weeks from the official, verified date of product purchase. Reward claims submitted prior to this 5-week structural timeline will be automatically deferred.
• Merchandise & Safety Liability Waiver: Yanaverse™ assumes absolute zero accountability, corporate liability, or product safety responsibility- including any claims, damages, manufacturing consumer defects, structural safety hazards, component failures, or injuries arising therefrom- regarding the quality, material safety, suitability, age-appropriateness, delivery, or performance of any surprise gifts distributed under this incentive program.

Yanaverse™ does not manufacture, test, or audit third-party gift merchandise or novelty items. All surprise gifts are distributed strictly on an "as-is" and "where-is" baseline without express or implied warranties of any kind. The individual consumer or legal guardian assumes 100% sole responsibility for product safety handling, appropriate supervision, and compliance regarding the reward item.

 

8. Institutional CSR Community Framework

• Credit Framework: As part of the Yanaverse™ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative to foster grassroots educational development, authorized NGO and independent preschool partner networks accrue development credits calculated uniformly at a flat rate of 5% of the total aggregate order value generated exclusively via retail parent purchase orders of 'My Daily Routine' book/sets. This CSR infrastructure allocation applies strictly to consumer purchases made by parents or legal guardians; it explicitly excludes any direct wholesale institutional, school board, administrative, or teacher/faculty bulk purchases of books. Total aggregate order value is calculated using net parent sales invoice receipts collected across the active academic term and is finalized at the close of every semester.
• Infrastructure Redemption Scope & Absolute Liability Waiver: Accrued CSR credits hold zero cash-redemption value, are non-transferable, and may be redeemed by the institution for complete Yanaverse™ collection restocks or disbursed as a direct infrastructure grant earmarked strictly for classroom enrichment upgrades (including, but not limited to, library shelving, learning aids, child-safe furniture, whiteboards, or sensory equipment).
• Sponsorship Terms: Yanaverse™ acts exclusively as a passive financial sponsor under its corporate citizenship policy and assumes absolute zero legal, corporate, operational, or product liability-  including any claims, damages, injuries, or structural disputes arising therefrom- regarding the selection, vetting, safety, quality, suitability, installation, or performance of any third-party classroom materials or infrastructure items. Yanaverse™ does not recommend, endorse, or audit any external vendors or equipment. The participating institution maintains 100% sole structural, operational, and legal responsibility for all infrastructure procurement, safety verification, and vendor compliance.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Yanaverse™ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or web platforms. While our physical routine trackers and materials are designed to encourage positive developmental habits, they are stationery tools designed to be educative and entertaining. They are not a substitute for professional behavioral or pediatric counseling or clinical aids. 

⚠️ Safety Notice: Physical components (including reward stickers) constitute a potential choking hazard for toddlers and must always be utilized under the direct supervision of an adult.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yanaverse™, its founders, partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or products, or any user submissions uploaded by you (such as to the Hall of Fame portal) that violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of transactions with Yanaverse™ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

 

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid clause will be severed or modified minimally to reflect its original intent.

 

13. Modifications to Terms

Yanaverse™ reserves the right to amend, update, or restructure these Terms at any time to align with legal upgrades, operational adjustments, or new publishing lines. The "Last Updated" timestamp at the footer of this page will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of our platform constitutes formal acceptance of any updated terms.
