Yanaverse™ Hall of Fame Reward System: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Adult Supervision: The Yanaverse™ Hall of Fame Reward Program ("Program") is open exclusively to parents, legal guardians, and educators aged 18 or older. Children are strictly prohibited from submitting personal data, photos, or verification requests. All routine tracking and reward redemption activities must be managed under direct adult supervision.

2. Tiered Reward Structure & Verification: To protect program integrity and fulfillment sustainability, rewards are strictly partitioned based on the specific product tier purchased:

• 🏆 Physical Reward Tier (Certificate + Milestone Gift Box): Eligibility for the one-time, physical surprise graduation gift is strictly restricted to customers who have purchased an order containing My Daily Routine books with a total invoice value exceeding ₹999 INR (excluding shipping fees and localized taxes).

• 🎓 Digital-Only Tier (Certificate Download Only): Customers who purchase standalone or individual My Daily Routine books without bundled tracking sheets, or whose My Daily Routine single order totals ₹999 or less, are eligible exclusively for the digital, print-ready Certificate of Achievement download. This tier does not qualify for a physical gift dispatch.

3. Limits & Fraud Prevention: Limit of one (1) physical gift box redemption per eligible qualifying transaction of a unique retail order ID, or authorized school link code. Physical rewards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are available while promotional supplies last. Yanaverse™ reserves the right to request proof of purchase or order invoices to verify tier eligibility and block duplicate or fraudulent claims.

4. Data Privacy & Photo Verification: To claim a physical tier reward, parents must upload a verification photograph of their completed 5-week tracker. To safeguard your family's digital privacy, ensure the photograph displays the stickered tracking stationery only. Do not include children's faces, names, or identifying features. Uploaded validation images are handled securely, used solely for fulfillment authorization, and will never be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit, separate opt-in consent.
