Yanaverse™ Hall of Fame Reward System: Terms & Conditions

The Yanaverse™ Hall of Fame Reward System (or 'Program') is designed to celebrate your child’s milestone achievements and routine building. To make the reward system fair and transparent to everyone, we have established these clear, parent-friendly rules to ensure a seamless experience.

By participating in the Hall of Fame Reward Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

 

1. Eligibility & Adult Supervision

• Adults Only: To protect child privacy, submissions must be made exclusively by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator aged 18 or older. Children are not permitted to submit data directly.

• Eligible Purchases: The program applies to verified purchases of ‘My Daily Routine’ books and the tracker board made directly through our official website or authorized partner channels.

• Submission verification: Every Hall of Fame submission will be processed and verified within 3-5 business days. Yanaverse™ holds the rights to reject any submission that violates the terms & conditions outlined below. 

2. Reward Tiers & Order Thresholds

Every milestone deserves a round of applause! Hence, our reward system is split into two tiers based on your 'My Daily Routine' order:

Tier 1: Digital Reward Tier (Non-set Order)

Every completed, stickered tracker board photo submission is eligible for this tier.

• What you receive: A permanent spot on our elegantly designed digital Hall of Fame gallery, alongside a beautifully crafted, downloadable Certificate of Achievement to celebrate your child's success.

• Bonus Perk: An exclusive discount code for your next adventure is included on the 'Instructions' page of your tracking board, valid for 6 months from your original purchase date for any book on our official platform.

Tier 2: Premium Milestone Reward (Full set order)

Eligible for customer orders of 'My Daily Routine System' which consists of four board books- My Morning Routine, My Play Routine, My School Routine, and My Night Routine- and a calendar tracker with five gold stickers. 

• What you receive: Everything included in Tier 1, plus a Surprise Gift shipped directly to your doorstep at no additional cost.
  
  

3. Strict Child Privacy & Photo Guidelines

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY RULE: We take children’s safety and data protection incredibly seriously. Do not include your child's face, full legal name, or any identifying environmental features (such as school uniforms, house numbers, or personal photos) in your uploaded image.

• What to upload: A clear, top-down photograph focused exclusively on the completed, stickered, physical tracker board.

• Anonymity & Presentation on the Wall: Our public digital Hall of Fame is a visually rich, interactive showcase hosted securely via Canva’s premium web-publishing platform. When you navigate to our official Hall of Fame display, you will be seamlessly directed to this dedicated display space. To protect your family's privacy, we only feature your child's first name (or initials/nickname), age, and general city/town, provided you give express consent at the time of submission. (Example: Yana, Age 3, Bengaluru).

• Rights Granted: By submitting a photograph of the tracker board, you grant Yanaverse™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the tracker image and your provided first name/anonymized milestone story on our official digital Hall of Fame gallery. We will never sell your imagery or data to third parties, nor use your personal family images for external paid advertising without separate, explicit written consent.

4. How to Access the Yanaverse™ Hall of Fame

To enter the Hall of Fame, parents must complete the submission form through our secure portal:

Step 1: Provide the child's first name (or nickname/initials), age (optional), and general region. Please do not provide school names, apartment names, or exact residential addresses in the narrative fields.

Step 2: Upload a clear photograph of the completed, stickered tracking board.

5. Shipping, Liability & Disclaimers

• Physical Delivery: For Tier 2 of the Reward System involving a milestone gift, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery following submission approval. 

• Shipping Disclaimer: Yanaverse™ works hard to ensure your rewards arrive safely; however, we are not legally or financially liable for reward packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen in transit due to third-party courier errors.

• Program Changes: Yanaverse™ reserves the right to modify, pause, or update the reward structures, printable assets, or minimum purchase thresholds at any time to adapt to inventory and printing capabilities. Furthermore, promotional milestone gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into cash or reward points.

6. General Terms & Privacy Policy

Your data security matters. All emails, names, and shipping addresses collected during submission are handled strictly in accordance with our general digital privacy protocols.
