Today, we are at a unique juncture in time where a fast-paced, digital world plays an influential role in sculpting the personality of our children. While technology is a great accessory, it cannot replace the fascinating world of storybooks. 

 

At Yanaverse™, our mission is to craft beautiful, relatable stories that gently shift a child's natural curiosity away from digital clutter and back towards the wonder of the real world.

“When I was young, I would listen to stories no matter how absurd they sounded, simply because they stretched my imagination and allowed me to view the world from a completely different perspective. It was magic in its purest form! But today, childhood is marred by the chaos of the digital world. Through Yanaverse™, I want to reclaim the magic by designing visually rich, relatable storybooks that make a child’s eyes pop with wonder."

Our Core Design Principles

• Sensory-Conscious Visuals & Typography: All of our storybooks are visually-rich. We use soft, sensory-friendly color palettes in our illustrations to offer a clean, calming visual environment. Our stories are set in Verdana, a font thoughtfully selected for its generous spacing, to invite a relaxed and comfortable reading experience for our young readers.
  
  

• Motor Skill Encouragement: For little hands still developing coordination, traditional pages can be tricky to turn. That’s why every Yanaverse™ storybook designed for children below the age of 10 features a precisely measured, 15mm die-cut circle at the bottom corner on each page. Custom-positioned to act as the perfect ergonomic grip, it allows tiny fingers to guide themselves through the book with ease—transforming an everyday task into a playful opportunity to practice fine motor skills.
  
  

• Familiar, Recurring Friends: At Yanaverse™, we stick with a beloved, fixed cast of characters who explore different journeys together or solo. This predictability offers a sense of familiarity and routine, helping storytime feel safe, comforting, and highly engaging.
  
  

• True Matte Finish: Standard glossy pages can catch harsh overhead lights, creating distracting glares. Every Yanaverse™ book features a true-matte finish to ensure a pleasant, low-glare reading environment under various lighting conditions.
