Today, we are at a unique juncture in time where a fast-paced, digital world plays an influential role in sculpting the personality of our children rather than storybooks. While technology is a great accessory, it cannot replace the fascinating world of story books. 

At Yanaverse™, our mission is to craft beautiful, relatable stories that gently shift a child's natural curiosity away from digital clutter and back towards the wonder of the real world. 

 

A Note From Our Founder

“When I was young, I would listen to stories no matter how absurd they sounded, simply because they stretched my imagination and allowed me to view the world from a completely different perspective. It was magic in its purest form! But today, childhood is marred by the chaos of the digital world. Through Yanaverse™, I’m done letting screen-time dictate childhood. I want to bring magic back to childhood by narrating visually rich, relatable stories that make a child’s eyes pop with wonder."

Our Core Design Principles

• Sensory-Conscious Visuals & Typography: We use soft, sensory-friendly color palettes in our illustrations to help minimize visual noise. Our stories are set in Verdana—a font thoughtfully selected for its exceptional legibility and spacing, to create a smoother and more relaxed reading experience for our young readers.
  
  

• Motor Skill Encouragement: For little hands still developing coordination, traditional pages can sometimes be tricky to turn. Yanaverse™ books feature unique, integrated page-turner holes perfectly sized for tiny fingers. This small architectural change is designed to turn a physical hurdle into a joyful opportunity for building motor confidence.
  
  

• Familiar, Recurring Friends: At Yanaverse™, we stick with a beloved, fixed cast of characters who explore different journeys together or solo. This predictability helps children form deeper emotional bonds with their storybook friends, making storytime feel safe and comforting.
